Construction: We do design with drawing for the new land. Drawing with details of the pillars and beams and types of metal used. Piling of the base work for the building to last for 100 years. Waterproofing on the roof and walls of the building.

Renovation: Provide the desing of the wooden plank on top of the ceiling. All the right angle corners are build to round corners. To ensure that all the bird nest are round corners to have a better price. The speakers are wired in a designed way for the sound to spread evenly at every conrner of the building.

Sound System: This is a very important part of the swiftlet house. We provide 3 different types of sound which are indoor, outdoor and roof top surrounding. Amplifier are also specially selected to have good quality of sound match to the swiftlet. Most important the amplifier consume very little power to make sure it runs perfectly with solar system on raining days.
